Returns and Refunds
If the handbags does not meet your expectations upon arrival, you may return your unused handbags as long as the item has not been damaged after delivery.
Simply email us for a return of authorization code & return the handbags within seven(7) days from the date you received the handbags.
We will give you a refund of the purchase price of your item but we do not refund the shipping & handling costs.
You may want to purchase a tracking number on your return as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
Sale items are non refundable.
Shipping
At this time we use UPS for all our shipping unless our customers request other shipping arrangements.
Your peace of mind is important to us, we purchase a delivery confirmation number on all shipments. With this number you can log onto www.ups.com and confirm that your package has been sent.
